Our Story
Many years ago I visited a friend who had come across a unique product from Asia through an acquaintance. We decided to try this in the sauna. Wow, what a sensation! We had all tried traditional sauna scents before, but this was completely unique. The sauna was filled with a lovely scent of menthol, breathing became easier, and the skin felt cool and refreshing. The airways were opened in a way we had never experienced before.
Without knowing what it was or what it was called, I thought, “This is something everyone needs to experience.” It was there and then that the seed for Sauna Ice was sown.
After years of searching, I finally found what I was looking for – menthol crystals. I tried ordering them, and it turned out to be a hit. That's when I realized it was now or never.
The Sauna Ice brand is owned by the Kiruna company Bolsaj AB. It is now a pleasure for us to be able to offer you the same fantastic experience that I had.

One bag of Sauna Ice lasts up to 140 sauna sessions, depending on dosage.

Answer: Place 3-5 crystals, the size of grains of rice, in the sauna bucket along with water. Then pour on the sauna stones. For best effect, the water in the bucket should be above 42 degrees.
Avoid touching the eye area or other sensitive areas after handling Sauna Ice with your fingers.
Do not store the bag in the sauna, as it melts at temperatures above 42 degrees. -

You can also use Sauna Ice in an aroma lamp/fragrance jar, and place it in your office to freshen the air. Vacuuming up a crystal with your vacuum cleaner while you clean is also not a bad idea!
